Click on the “Settings” tab in the left-hand menu.

Click on the “Custom Text” option in the upper menu.
Next, click the “NEW TRANSLATION” button.
In the dropdown menu, select the language that you wish to add and click “ADD LANGUAGE”.

You will see a pop-up letting you know that the translation has started and that this process will take a few minutes.
Once the language has been added to your Clinic Toolkit account, you will see the language listed along with a person icon and a trash bin icon.

Click the person icon in order to add this language to specific client accounts. Select the relevant clients and click the “UPDATE CLIENTS” button.
If you no longer have a need for this language in this practice, you can delete it by clicking the trash bin icon.

In the upper right-hand corner, beside the client’s name, you will see the language settings.
Click the dropdown menu and select the language.

Within a few seconds, you will see the client’s portal and all the practical materials translated into the language of choice.


You can inform your client that they can now switch languages.
