If you notice something’s off or want to request a feature – for yourself, your clients, or your prospects – here’s how you can go about it:

1. Instantly report bugs

• Click on the chat button in the bottom-right corner

• Select ‘Found a bug?’ 

• Use the built-in screenshot and screen recording feature to make it simpler

• Add a quick description 

• Click Submit and the tech team will be notified instantly

2. Request a feature to tell us what you need

• Click on the chat button in the bottom-right corner

• Select ‘Request a feature’

• Add what would you like to see next 

• Include a short description so we understand your request better

• Click Submit
